Why can't the government find normal people for posting into Raj Bhawans across the country. The practice of posting spooks to these positions is only creating one bad precedent after another. Will the government let them retire or continue to get its dirty work being done by them posted in hostile states.
And by the way what is with this way of posting Governors without the say of local elected government. We aren't living in the British imperialist era anymore. So the state government should have some say, if not equal say, in the appointment of Governors to their respective states.
This is one point which needs to be looked at urgently to avoid a fiasco like Andhra Pradesh.
